EmailTone helps you write calmly and confidently by analyzing the tone of your draft messages and suggesting rewrites. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

• User-generated content: The text you type in supported editors (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Teams) for tone analysis and rewrite suggestions.
• Panel position settings on your device.
• When you click “Copy rewrite,” we write the suggested text to your clipboard.

What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect passwords, financial data, health data, or browsing history.

How We Use Data

We use your draft text only to provide tone analysis and rewrite suggestions. Data is sent securely to our API over HTTPS and is not stored beyond processing.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data for advertising. Data is only transferred to our API for the single purpose described.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any support communications by emailing us.
